Eastridge is a pet friendly shopping center!
- All dogs must be leashed and/or in a carrier at all times.
- Owners must stay with their pets at all times.
- Pets are not permitted in The Eatery, Eastridge restaurants, kids’ PLAY area, and policies vary by store.
- Pets must not defecate, urinate, cause a disturbance to guests or tenants, or be used to intimidate others.
If any of these pet rules are not followed then the owner(s) will be asked to leave the center. Any complaints will be addressed by Security. Please help us keep Eastridge a pet-friendly center with responsible ownership and well-behaved pets!

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Parking at Eastridge is free and convenient! Don’t waste time driving in circles around parking ramps – with expansive open air parking lots, Eastridge has the easiest parking of any center in the South Bay!
Valley Transportation Authority Hub
Eastridge Center is the Hub for many buses that connect via the Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) bus system. Make sure to call the Valley Transportation Authority to plan your next visit to Eastridge Center. Their Customer Service line is 408-321-2300.

Security is available for guest escorts to your vehicle, medical assistance, jumping of your car battery and other needs that might arise during your shopping experience. Security Office located next to 2nd level Food Hall entrance.
