The job duties and compensation are as follows:
1. Assembly of the display: $100 (onetime payment)
2. Servicing of the display: $25 (twice weekly- total $50: Thursday/ Sunday)

Servicing of display includes:
A. Replenishing leads & pens with supplies provided
B. Shipping leads back to Bluegreen via our FedEx account # provided.
C. Dust location with cleaning products provided
D. Taking a couple photos of the display after servicing is complete (each visit) and sending them to me.

3. Disassembly of the display after contract is over and prepare for shipping back to Bluegreen: $100 (onetime payment).

All payments for services will be mailed to the address provided on the w-9. Payments will be made weekly.

Compensation: $13/hour part-time

Energetic and friendly individuals needed to provide outstanding service for a large retail center. The ideal Guest Services Host is an individual who has a passion for providing an exceptional experience to mall guests. Guest Services Hosts serve as experts and the primary resource for guests seeking information about the mall and surrounding attractions. Starting wage $13 per hour.

Position Summary Responsible for the management of the Michael Kors shop-in-shop within assigned department store (retail partner). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: achieving and exceeding sales plans, driving full price sales, conducting trainings, clienteling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards in the Michael Kors shop-in-shop. DRIVE SALES (80%): Sales Generation: • Meet and exceed shop-in-shop sales goals through effective application of Michael Kors’ selling service strategies and techniques • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and ownership of the business by tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales towards meeting and exceeding plan • Motivate retail partner selling specialists to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals, ensure they are fluent in all aspects of the business • Track best and worst sellers in order to increase full price sales • Identify and communicate product and inventory needs in a timely manner • Manage and conduct weekly/monthly/seasonal trainings with retail partners’ sales manager, selling specialist, and associates Training: • Implement, train, and maintain all MK brand standards • Conduct monthly product knowledge and visual excellence trainings • Consistently educate new and existing retail partner sales associates on MK service techniques Customer Service: • Engage every customer within the shop-in-shop by utilizing Michael Kors’ selling service strategies and techniques • Drive sales through utilizing a clientele book and developing a personal client database • Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively • Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image, and adhered to at all times

COMMUNICATION AND OPERATIONS (20%): Communication: • Develop clear, consistent, and organized methods of communication with District Manager, corporate office, and retail partners on a weekly basis via email, phone calls, and/or in-person meetings Operations: • Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed in a timely manner • Work with retail partner to ensure all visual graphics are current • Work with retail partner to confirm deliveries are properly processed and on the selling floor in a timely manner

Qualifications • Bachelors or Associates degree and a minimum of 2-3 year(s) retail experience • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends • Management experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong fashion sense • Exhibit proficiency in computer programs used by the company including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, etc. General knowledge of Retail Math and reporting
